Hello Torrence,
I have attached the new notices in the link below. They were all mailed out today, December 27th, 2023. I am working on getting the AFFIDAVIT taken care of before the 29th.
I did call and leave a voicemail explaining that it might not get notarized until Tuesday, the 2nd of January. I also explained that we sent the new notices from our office via first-class
mail, so we will not have a receipt.
Please let me know if you have any questions or if I am missing anything else. We are trying to be as cooperative as possible so we do not get our meeting pushed to February.

Staff is in receipt of your response to comments regarding Dogtopia, thanks.
However, the Planning Commission date provided on the notice mailed to landowners is incorrect.
The correct date of the meeting is January 11, 2024. Please find attached another notice form and a “regular mail” affidavit. The notice form has CORRECTION across the top of the document.
The last date to postmark notices is Wednesday, December 27, 2023. You may send the notices via “regular mail.” Please provide an image of the proof of purchase (receipt) to staff, the
corrected notice mailed to landowners and the “regular mail” affidavit to staff no later than Friday, December 29, 2023.
If you have further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
