That is not what was explained to me at the last hearing. I am only to resend out notices and to submit information for installing driveway that accommodates 6 vehicles. I could have
settled that on that date, but I requested to send in documentation on this issue of Parking. Mr. Thrower , I don't know if your are aware of the hearings outcome. It was simply a
Parking Issue, which we have resolved.

Phyllis,
Please submit all documents required for the re-submittal of your application, preferably as one packet. Staff cannot accept or process applications in a piece mill fashion.
To reiterate the proposed use for the special use permit located on Izard Street: your application has been deferred two times. Applicants are allowed two deferrals before the item is
withdrawn. Therefore you have to reapply including the filing fee. The next filing deadline is January 16, 2024 for the March 14, 2024 meeting.
Please see the link below to download the SUP application and gather all documents required and resubmit the application and fee as one packet as requested. If the application is incomplete
it will not be accepted.
