The notice form attached was not the notice provided by this office.
The document stating “notice” atop the page you mailed to landowners and provided to staff cannot be accepted.
This item will be withdrawn without prejudice which means you will be required to resubmit the application for the proposed special use permit at 3118 S. Izard Street.
Also attached is the 2024 Planning Commission Calendar. The filing deadline is located in the left column, the meeting date is located in the right column.
Finally, staff will provide by email instructions regarding notices for the February meeting this week.
