We own 1.12 Acres current address 12420 Chicot Rd Mabelvale, AR 72103, that
we want to subdivide into 7 lots and build 6 single family homes. Lot 5 has an existing
residential structure that will remain with a tenant. Every single family will consist of 1,460 sqft
heated and cooled, garage, storage, and porch. Total under roof 1,758 sqft. We went to the
courthouse and asked for a bill of assurance, and they informed me there is none for this
property.
