The filing deadline for the February agenda was January 18, 2023. Last we spoke, you were going to contact someone to revise the preliminary plat for the Chicot and Bunch Road development.
Please provide the revised preliminary plat to staff no later than Tuesday, December 26, 2023. The item has been deferred two (2) times already. Applicants are allowed only two (2) deferrals
before the item is withdrawn which will require you to resubmit the application including the fee.
