Character of Development: The existing character of the site is to be retained on the existing 5.07 ac
site. Portions of the site will be cleared to accommodate an approximately 2 ac. solar farm with
associated security fencing and site improvements for access. Areas not cleared for the purposes of the
solar farm shall remain forested. There is a development intent to retain a forested buffer of 15 feet on
the Cooper Orbit portion of the array
Quantitative Data:
1) Site size: 5.07 ac
2) Permitted Uses: Solar Farm and uses allowed by A-F zoning are only uses desired.
3) No buildings shall be on -site only solar farm structures. Less than 40% of the site shall be
covered with solar panels.
4) All area not improved for the purposes of the solar farm shall remained forested.
