Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant Responses are due no later than Friday, November 13, 2023. Please submit revised
site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be
submitted to this email address for review.
RE: Crimson Oaks – PD-R 14118 Kanis Road
Development Comments:
1. Provide a revised preliminary plat as highlighted in the attached PDF, as per Sections 31-87
through 31-93 of the City’s Subdivision Ordinance.
2. The property must be annexed into the City of Little Rock as part of this project.
3. Provide north/south and east/west cross-sections through the property.
4. Provide building elevations to include maximum building height.
5. Show setbacks of each individual unit from all property lines.
