Provide a completed street-right-way (ROW) form. 3. Will the accessory dwelling be occupied by a family member or will it be rented? 4. Will the accessory dwelling be a 1-story or 2-story dwelling? 5. Provide a revised site plan showing the specific accessory dwelling structure with dimensions and dimensions to property lines. 6. Provide a description of exterior building finishes.
