Applicant Responses are due no later than November 13, 2023. Please submit
revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents
should be submitted to this email address for review.

Development Staff Comments:
1. Provide a bill of assurance for the subdivision.
2. Provide a completed street-right-way (ROW) form.
3. Will the accessory dwelling be occupied by a family member or will it be rented?
4. Will the accessory dwelling be a 1-story or 2-story dwelling?
5. Provide a revised site plan showing the specific accessory dwelling structure with
dimensions and dimensions to property lines.
6. Provide a description of exterior building finishes.
