Good afternoon,
In regards to staff comments for off street parking and parking plan for events at 2516 W 18th St:
The proposed design shows a detached garage, parking pad, and driveway at the rear of the property to be accessed via the alley. Please see attached.
These amenities should provide off street parking for as many as 5 vehicles, 2 in the garage, 2 in the driveway, and one on the parking pad.
Additionally, there is sufficient street parking in front of the lot to accommodate an additional 5 cars, bringing to total parking available to 10.
