We do not have the “Notice of Public Hearing” certified mailings for 2504 West 18th Street.
The deadline for submission was last Friday the October 27.
I need you to get in touch with me as soon as possible. If you did not send the notices out for Z-9854 we will have to defer this action to the December Agenda.
I have attempted to call you several times, but your phone says “that the wireless customer is unavailable and I need to call back later”
