NOTES:
Gas, Sewer and Waste Water were obtained from records of the various corrtpaes and
have not been field verified.
There are currently 16 parking places next to the main building. The other parking is
q' graveled and no marked spots.
As per City of Little Rock, there are to be 1 parking spots per 600 square feet of
manufacturing space. There are to be 4 handicapped spaces for every 100 parking
