There were enough Commissioners to vote. There were 6 Commissioners …that is a Quorum. The Chair explained you could have your item deferred because the action would require a unanimous
vote.

Due to there not being enough commissioners to vote, we had to defer to next month. Will you be sending updated information for both of our zoning requests, or is there something that
I need to do on our end? 5131 Cantrell was deferred and 102 Rice St will be an appeal. Both for the same reason of not having enough commissioners for vote.
