I looked up the book and page at the county clerk’s website and could not verify since it did not have a scanned image for this deed. In review if the deed, I cannot confirm if it is
just for one lot or the entire subdivision. It says a little of both. The term residence would be restrictive to that use per the deed. The deed is a private agreement and not something
the city enforces. We can take it into consideration at both the Planning Commission and the Board of Directors.
