Dear Mr. Collins:
This cover letter is intended to describe my client's application to rezone the property
located at 7315 Geyer Springs Road in Little Rock, Arkansas, from its current C-3 General
Commercial designation to PD-C.
I am the designated agent of the owner, Mr. Tony Ma, of the property located at 7315 Geyer
Springs Road in Little Rock. A restaurant named Southern Patio Bar & Grill is located on the
property.
This letter is intended to describe the application to rezone Southern Patio Bar & Grill from
its current designation, C-3 to PD-C to allow the restaurant to operate as a private club so it may
extend the time one hour only to sell alcohol on Fridays and Saturdays from 1:00 a.m. to 2:00
a.m.
This restaurant has a substantial number of customers who work late on the weekend shifts
and want to come to this restaurant.

information.
