Dear Mr. Collins:
This letter is intended as a correction to my letter of October 18, 2023, to describe my client’s application to rezone the property located at 7315 Geyer Springs Road in Little Rock,
Arkansas, from its current C-3 General Commercial designation to PD-C.
I am the designated agent of the owner, Mr. Tony Ma, of the property located at 7315 Geyer Springs Road in Little Rock. A restaurant named Southern Patio Bar & Grill is located on
the property.
This letter is intended to describe the application to rezone Southern Patio Bar & Grill from its current designation, C-3 to PD-C to allow the restaurant to operate as a private club
so it may extend the time to sell alcohol on Saturdays from 1:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m., and on Sundays from 12:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.
The restaurant has a substantial number of customers who work late on the weekend shifts and want to come to this restaurant. That means a significant increase in sales taxes for the
City.
