Part of the E1/2 of the E1/2 of Tracts 37 and 40, GLEOCKLF.R' S ACRES
a Subdivision of part of Section 31, Township 1 North, Range 12 West,
Little Rock, Pulaski Count,, Arkansas, being more particularly described_
as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Tract 37; thence
S 00°04'00" E and along the East line of said Tracts 37 and 40, a distance
of 621.40 feet to a point on the North right of way line of Baseline Road (a
public road); thence N 89'59' 18" W and along said North right of way
line, a distance of 89.29 feet; thence leaving said North right of way line,
N 00022'50" W, 154.00 feet; thence S 89°02'09" W, 70,00 feet; thence N
00015'32" W, 468.35 feet to a point on the North line of said Tract 37
GLEOCKLER'S ACRES; thence N 89'55'28" E, and along said North
line, a distance of 161.69 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 2.04
acres, more or less.
