The proposed tower site meets all setback requirements. The tower will support a radio link between Arkansas Electric Cooperative Corporation (AECC) headquarters at 1 Cooperative Way, Little Rock and AECC's new Disaster Recovery Data Center at 17420 Hwy 365 S. This high -capacity radio link is necessary to provide continuous realtime updates to the backup equipment at the Disaster Recovery Data Center. The radio link will be in the 5.8 GHz unlicensed microwave band. The tower site is located on the grounds of AECC's Little Rock headquarters. L IIDENTIFICATION OF THE PROPERTY I The subject property consists of real property owned by the Arkansas Electric Cooperatives Corporation (AECC) and real property owned by the Arkansas Electric Cooperatives Incorporated (AECI). The total ownership of each entity is comprised of two separate parcels of land. The AECC property is comprised of a 14.392 acre improved parcel and an 11.0493. acre unimproved parcel of land. The AECI property is comprised of a 45.846 acre parcel upon which all of the improvements are located and a separate_14.4615 acre tract of undeveloped land.
