Placement of the portable classroom building described in the attached application is
approved subject to compliance with the following conditions:
■ Doorways should be oriented toward the school building.
0 Assure any new lighting is directed downward and into the school site.
• Comply with any spacing requirements of the Fire Department or Building Codes
Life Safety.
■ Comply with building, plumbing and electrical codes as required.
it All structures must be skirted and tied down.
Provide hard surface walkway from each building to paved parking lot or to
connecting sidewalks.
■ Paint or improve the structure to be as compatible with the school building as
possible.
■ Placement of the building is approved until July 19, 2014 as per the sunset
provision established in Section 36-203 of the Code of Ordinances.
■ A setback of at least 25 feet must be maintained from all property lines.
