Provide hard surface walkway from each building to paved parking lot or to connecting sidewalks. ■ Paint or improve the structure to be as compatible with the school building as possible. ■ Placement of the building is approved until July 19, 2014 as per the sunset provision established in Section 36-203 of the Code of Ordinances. ■ A setback of at least 25 feet must be maintained from all property lines.
