revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should
be submitted to this email address for review.

Provide a site plan showing the following:
a. Any new buildings or building additions-
b. Parking Plan
c. Building Height
2. Provide hours of operation.
3. Provide the maximum number of students/clients that will be present at any given
time.
4. Provide the number of employees and staff.
