Staff prefers the applicant submit the notice exhibits at the same time: 1) notice form 2) ownership search and 3) certified mail receipts. September 27th is fine, however, notice exhibits
are not due to staff until September 29, 2023. These exhibits may be scanned and submitted via email. Just be sure they are postmarked and mailed to the landowners no later than September
27, 2023. This needs to be completed and submitted for both applications.
September 12, 2023 as requested, in person: submit the filing fee, affidavit and obtain the signs from our offices. When the sign(s) are posted, please provide a photograph demonstrating
the posting of the signs the same day. As a reminder, the affidavit(s) must be notarized.
Finally, please be mindful that response to comments are due to staff no later than September 8, 2023. The comments were forwarded to applicants on Friday, September 1, 2023 by Debra
Stafford.

I apologize, I wanted to edit my below email and ask if it permissible to send a photocopy of Notice of Public Hearing, abstract list and photocopy of the green receipt by email by September
27th?
In person we will do the following: drop off the check, affidavit, and pick up a sign that will be posted at the property. We will try to do this in person no later than September 12th.

certified mail receipt (the small green receipt) via email on September 27th? I will go to the postal office on September 27th and I am planning to take a picture of the green receipt.
Please advise if this is permissible given that I am out of state and it is difficult to arrange a meeting in person. In addition, if allowed, I will send a photo via email of the posted
sign by September 12th.

Attached is the Notice of Public Hearing and agenda for the October 12, 2023 Planning Commission meeting.
Please use the agenda to verify your zoning file – (Z) number or (S) number. Notices must be postmarked no later than Wednesday, September 27, 2023.
Please provide the following notice exhibits below to Development staff no later than Friday, September 29, 2023:
Proof of notification. (Completed attached Notice of Public Hearing Form).
Copy of the certified abstract List. (Name and address of all property owners of lands lying within 200 feet of the boundary of the property must be from an abstract company).
Certified mail receipts (The small green receipts reflecting the postmark stamp affixed by the post office. Please fill out the receipts to include the landowner’s address provided by
the title search).
Finally, as a reminder, applicants are required to provide a photo to staff demonstrating the sign provided by this office was posted at the site. Please note the sign must be visible
from the street.
