In response to the Development Staff Comments:
1. Show Parking Plan with a minimum of three (3) off-street parking spaces.
The property currently has a driveway accommodating 2 parking spaces. An additional driveway will be added a minimum of 10 wide located to the left of the sidewalk in front of the property.
Street parking is available in front of 2416 Johnson as well.
2. Will either side of the duplex be occupied by the landlord, if not, a variance is
required.
The landlord will occupy the right side of the duplex.
