Thank you for providing responses to staff comments. Following the review, staff has a couple of follow up questions:
Since tenants will not drive, how will they get to and fro? Public transportation, dropped off, etc.
What services will the program provide? Counseling, tutoring, job placement assistance, etc.
Please provide responses no later than August 22, 2023.
