Thank you for submitting the extra information to Department engineering staff needed to completely review the preliminary drainage analysis as required per City Code for a preliminary
plat. After further review of preliminary drainage analysis, Department engineering staff has determined the preliminary drainage analysis to be adequate, and it satisfies the City
Code requirements for a preliminary drainage analysis for a preliminary plat. Department engineering staff recommends this item to stay on the October 2023 Planning Commission Agenda.

Thank you for sending us the requested information. Staff will need one more piece of information for the preliminary drainage analysis before staff can approve it. Staff requests
the delineated drainage basins (pre and post construction) showing the time of concentration lines with each segment length and slope defined for overland/sheet flow, shallow concentrated
flow, and open channel flow, respectively as referenced in the previously submitted rational method calculations. Once staff receives this information and everything checks out,
staff can approve the preliminary drainage analysis for the this item for the October 2023 Planning Commission Agenda.
