LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Part of Plot I of J.T. ABRAHAM'S SUBDIVISION of the NWl/4 of
SWl/4, Section 27, T-1-N, R-13-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as follows, to -wit: Beginning at the SW corner
of said Plot 1; thence N 35 degrees E along the Easterly right-of-way
line of the Hot Springs Highway, now known as State Highway #5, a
distance of 109 feet; thence S 49 degrees 14 minutes E a distance of
135 feet; thence S 37 degrees 45 minutes W 123.1 feet, more or less,
to the Southerly Boundary of Plot 1; thence N 45 degrees 30 minutes
W along said Southerly Boundary of Plot 1, 135 feet to the point of
beginning.
AND
Part of Plot 1 of ABRAHAM'S SUBDIVISION of the NW1/4 of the
SWI/4, Section 27, T-1-N, R-13-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the SE
right-of-way line of Hot Springs Highway, known as State Highway
#5, 109 feet N 35 degrees E from the SW corner of said Plot 1; thence
continuing N 35 degrees E 102 feet, more or less, or to Chalybeate
Branch; thence along the center line of Chalybeate Branch in an
Easterly direction of distance of 215 feet, more or less; thence S 35
degrees W 175 feet, more or less, to a point located 123.1 feet _ from
the Southwesterly side of said Plot 1; thence N 49 degrees 14
minutes W a distance of 215 feet to the point of beginning.
This property is not in the 400 year flood plain as per Panel 15 of 24
for Little Rock, Arkansas. Community -Panel #050181 0015 E, dated
November 3, 1993 in Flood Zone "X°.
