LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Part of Plot I of J.T. ABRAHAWS SUBDIVISION of the NWI/4 of
SW1/4, Section 27, T-1-N, R-13-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as follows, to -wit: Beginning at the SW corner
of said Plot 1; thence N 35 degrees E along the Easterly right-of-way
line of the Hot Springs Highway, now known as State Highway #5, a
h.� distance of 109 feet; thence S 49 degrees 14 minutes E a distance of
