None. Staff recommends approval of the requested PCD zoning. The Planning Commission voted to recommend approval of the requested zoning by a vote of 9 ayes, 0 noes, 1 absent and 1 open position. The Planning Commission reviewed the proposed PCD request at its September 27, 2007, meeting. There were no registered objectors present. The Upper Baseline Neighborhood Association, Southwest Little Rock United for Progress, all residents who could be identified located within 300 feet of the site and all property owners located within 200-feet of the site were notified of the Public Hearing. BACKGROUND The applicant is seeking a rezoning of this non -conforming site to Planned Commercial Development to allow an existing patio area to be covered by an arched canopy. There are no other modifications proposed to the site with the application request. Please see the attached Planning record and site plan for the development proposal and the recommendation.
