Please submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted to this email address for review. RE: Cantrell West – PCD (Z-5817-M) 15122 Cantrell Road Development Staff Comments: Provide a current survey of property. Provide detailed traffic study for proposed development. Submit list of alternate uses for proposed buildings, if any. Is the proposal to replat the property into two (2) lots? Show and label all retaining walls with details. Will there be a vacuum area for the carwash, if so, show and label on site plan. Provide building elevations for both buildings. Provide N/S and E/W cross sections through the property, showing proposed development. Dumpster area must be screened and comply with Section 36-523 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance. All signage must comply with the Highway 10 Design Overlay District (DOD). Any site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties. Label dash line that is within the southern portion of the property on the site plan.
