I will take this as a request to withdraw, without prejudice (Cantrell West-PCD). That way you can file a similar application at any time (instead of having to wait 1 year).

We would like to remove Cantrell West application from the planning commission agenda and will resubmit at a later date.
We would like to defer for the 2nd time the project known as Hamilton Station.
