shown on plat thereof recorded as Plat No. A-883, records of Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Part of Lot 9-B Triangle
Properties Industrial District located in the West %, Southeast %4, Section 35,
Township I North, Range 13 West, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
being more particularly described as follows: Starting at the Northeast corner
of the Northeast r/., Southeast %, Section 35, Township 1 North, Range 13
West, Pulaski County, Arkansas; thence North 01 degree 31 minutes 20
seconds East 40.0 feet; thence South 62 degrees 36 minutes West 2042.2 feet to
the Northeast comer of Lot 9-B, Triangle Properties Industrial District, said
Northeast comer being the point of beginning of the herein described property,
thence South 27 degrees 24 minutes East (actually South 27 degrees 22
