3 ' Al'zY. ORDINANCE TO RECLASSIFY PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
4 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL
5 ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS; AND FOR
6 OTHER PURPOSES.

8 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
9 ARKANSAS.
10 Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
11 Z-9879: Described as Part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, Section
12 23, Township 01 North, Range 14 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more
13 particularly described as follows: Commencing at the northeast corner of said Southwest
14 Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence North 88 degrees 13 minutes 05 seconds West
15 325.30 feet to a point; thence South 02 degrees 08 minutes 38 seconds West 300.15 feet to
16 a found one half inch rebar; thence South 02 degrees 07 minutes 34 seconds West 463.53
17 feet to a found '/2-inch rebar and the point of beginning; thence South 02 degrees 07
18 minutes 37 seconds West 196.07 feet to a point; thence South 03 degrees 14 minutes 20
19 seconds West 209.78 feet to a point on the centerline of Lawson Road; thence along the
20 centerline of Lawson road North 60 degrees 59 minutes 22 seconds West 330.99 feet to a
21 point; thence departing said centerline North 27 degrees 22 minutes 31 seconds East
22 172.75 feet to a found 5/8-inch rebar; thence North 00 degrees 06 minutes 52 seconds East
23 100.00 feet to a found 'A-inch rebar; thence South 87 degrees 51 minutes 42 seconds East
24 229.12 feet to the Point of Beginning,containing 86,0001 square-feet, or 1.97 acres more
25 or less (17900 Lawson Road).
26 Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
27 Arkansas, and the Designated District Map, be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
28 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
29 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
30 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
31 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
32 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
33 ordinance.
34 Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
35 the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
