We are herewith requesting. a variance to allow a six foot wooden fence to be built along
David O. Dodd Road. This fence would be constructed along the property line of Lots 1,
65, 66, 67 and Tract B of Woodridge Subdivision. Bordering David O. Dodd Road, the
fence, located at the intersection, will have subdivision signs on both sides. We feel the
extra height is needed because of the traffic along David O. Dodd, a minor arterial street.

This is to advise you that in connection with your application case no. Z-8188, the following action was
taken by the Board of Adjustment at its meeting on March 26, 2007.

If a variance application is approved by the Board of Adjustment, all permits necessary for the
initiation of work shall be obtained within two (2) years from the date of approval, unless an extension of

According to the City's Zoning Ordinance Section 36-70:
"Appeals from the decision of the Board of Adjustment shall be filed with the appropriate
court of jurisdiction. This filing trust occur within thirty (30) calendar days of the action
by the Board of Adjustment."
