feet to the west right—of—way of Conner Street; thence N06.15'52"E, 496.94 feet along said west right—of—way; thence S89'21'38"E, 50.24 feet to the Point of Beginning;
AND
Lots 1 through 20 of said Block 35 and the included alley, more particularly described as Beginning at the northwest corner of said Block 35, thence run S89'21'38"E, 302.32
feet along the north line of said Block 35 to the northeast corner of said Block 35; thence S06.18'16"W, 494.85 feet along the east line of said Block 35 to the southeast
