Attached are the survey, application, affidavit, and filing fee for the above referenced project.
The owners of this project would like to rezone the property from R-2 to C-4. This property contains
approximately 10.812 acres and is located north of Interstate 30, east of Mabelvale Pike, and west of
Warehouse Road.
The existing [andown ers are LiIIard Lee Bolls III and James Robert Bolls, and the Source of Title Is
instrument Numbers 2017-002291. There are not any applicable existing covenants and restrictions on
the land. The proposed source of water is from Central Arkansas Water with the wastewater disposal
being collected by Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority.
