Thank you for your consideration of this Long Form PZD for Short Term Rental.
The Central High Historic Home began its transformation in February of 2020 when we purchased it with the intent to restore the home according to The National Park Service and Secretary
of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation of a contributing structure to The Central High School Neighborhood Historic District.
The home built in 1910 had stood vacant and boarded up for many years. This residence is located across from The Little Rock Central High National Park Museum and Visitors Center, directly
in front of The Central High National Historic Site Commemorative Garden, and a block away from Little Rock Central High School, the state’s largest high school and the historic site
of the 1957 forced desegregation by the United States Supreme Court.
The historic and architectural significance of this structure creates an ideal opportunity to showcase this part of Little Rock as a short term rental property for visitors to this iconic
component of the civil rights movement. Guests to the home can walk to many areas of this United States Historic Landmark listed on The United States Register of Historic Places as
a National Historic Site in partnership with the National Park service.
The restoration of this home is in the third year and final stages of Historic Preservation Certification. It is our hope that this property will be shared with families visiting our
capital city as a safe, comfortable launching pad for discovery and exploration of all the unique sites and attractions Little Rock has to offer.
