It is the desire of Pendleton Properties, LLC to divide the vacant lot at 1908 State Street which is 50x140
into two sperate lots of 25x140 and construct two 1100 square foot shotgun style houses. The 25-foot
wide lots will accommodate the houses that are planned as they are only 18 feet wide and 74 feet 11
inches deep each.
The proposed houses will be two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a small front and back porch. They
will be all brick with the eves and over-hang covered with vinyl siding.
