PARKING PLAN FOR 523 E. 6TH ST.
The private off-street parking provided behind 523 E. 6` St. includes five dedicated parking spaces accessed
by a brick driveway off Sherman street. In keeping with the guidelines of the MacArthur Park Historic District,
the area is composed of pea gravel that is refreshed as -needed. A parking plan for this structure was already
submitted and approved as part of a CUP application process for commercial use back in 2017, and this
parking has proven sufficient for the past 6 years. There is also street parking available along Sherman to the
east and 6th St. to the north, including long-term and 2-hour parking. However, none of my guests have ever
needed to park in the street, thus I don't anticipate any impact on the neighborhood.
