To Whom It May Concern and Members of the Planning Commission,
I confirm that I do not allow my guests to host events or parties, and I do not provide tours for a
fee. Guests who book a short term rental from me will be renting an entire furnished apartment and
not an individual bedroom. The responsible parties for this property are:
