The first set of guests arrived in July 2022; they were three doctors who flew
in from around the country on a Friday to teach ultrasound classes at UAMS on
Saturday and Sunday and fly back Monday. The last set of guests was a family who
told me they were here for a week in June 2023 for "several medical visits at
UAMS". I never pressed too much as to where they were from, whether out of
state or out of the country, but they close us because of the proximity to UAMS.
We have also hosted, on three separate occasions, tenants who stayed for 3-5
months. The first was a traveling medical professional who worked at Baptist
Hospital. The second set was a two -man team here for the legislative session. The
third, and current, tenants are two young ladies from out of state who are training
to be physical therapists and are here for their clinicals. They will have been here
for 10 weeks. References are available.
