RE: Hamilton Station Phase 2 – Revised PCD (Z-7500-J) North of 14524 Cantrell Road Development Staff Comments: Provide detailed traffic study for proposed development. Provide N/S and E/W cross sections through the property, showing proposed development. Will Phase II be developed in more than one phase? Provide building elevations. Provide proposed uses for building “A”. Provide building height for all buildings. Clearly label floodway line and 25-foot floodway setback line. Dumpster area must be screened and comply with Section 36-523 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance. All signage must comply with Section 36-555 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance (signs permitted in commercial zoning) Any site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
