Hi Debra,
1001 McMath Ave currently has five parking spots available in the rear of the building title “gravel parking” as well as ample parking is available on E. 10th st, and McMath Ave. According
to discussion with Mr. Monte Moore on 9/22/2023 those parking options were sufficient for approval on this request. Please let me know if you need any additional items.
