WATER & SEWER INFORMATION SHOWN ON SURVEY WAS LOCATED BY MARKINGS FOUND IN THE FIELD AND MAPS PROVIDED BY THE RESPECTIVE UTILITY COMPANIES. THE DEPTH OF WATER LINES IN THIS AREA IS UNKNOWN. 11. ALL ADJACENT PROPERTIES RELATIVE TO THE SUBJECT PROPERTY ARE NOT VACANT. THE STRUCTURES ARE LOCATED OUTSIDE THE LIMITS SET IN THE CLIENT SCOPE OF WORK. 12. SURVEYOR WAS UNABLE TO FIND THE ORIGIN OF THE 6" RCP LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY TO WEST. ADDITIONALLY, SURVEYOR WAS ALSO UNABLE TO OBSERVE THE SURFACE FLOW FROM THE 6" RCP. HOWEVER, IT APPEARS THAT THE DRAINAGE FROM THE 5' RCP WOULD RUN OFF SAID ADJACENT PROPERTY ONTO WEST SIDE & REAR OF SUBJECT PROPERTY. 14.
