A tract of land being located in part of the Southwest
Quarter (SWI/4) Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) and part of the
Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) of
Section 36, Township 1 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski County,
Arkansas lying South of Interstate 30 and North of the
Cloverdale Drain being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast Corner of said SE1/4 NW1/4
run thence North 01 degree 35 minutes 03 seconds East,
along the east line of said SE1/4 NW1/4, 43.42 feet to a
found 1/2 inch rebar with cap on the Southeast comer of a
tract conveyed to the City of Little Rock by Instrument
93-54234 (Cloverdale Drain) being the point of beginning,
thence North 88 degrees 20 minutes 21 seconds West, along
the north line of Cloverdale Drain, 134.11 feet to a found
1/2 inch rebar with cap; thence South 88 degrees 05
