Cloverdale Drain being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast Comer of said SE1/4 NW1/4
run thence North 01 degree 35 minutes 03 seconds East,
along the east line of said SE1/4 NW1/4, 43.42 feet to a
found 1/2 inch rebor with cap on the Southeast comer of a
tract conveyed to the City of Little Rock by Instrument
93-54234 (Cloverdale Drain) being the point of beginning,
thence North 88 degrees 20 minutes 21 seconds West, along
the north line of Cloverdale Drain, 134.11 feet to a found
1/2 inch rebor with cap; thence South 88 degrees 05

to a set scribed "X" in concrete; thence South 87 degrees
