SURVEY DESCRIPTION:
Part of the NW 1/4 SWI/4 of Section 14, Township 2 North, Range 14 West,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more paricularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of the NWl/4-SW1/4 of said section 14;
thence N 01 degree 00 minutes 51 seconds E and along the East line thereof,
a distance of 671.35 feet to the point of beginning; thence N 88 degrees 17
minutes 09 seconds W, 205.00 feet to a point on the East right of way line of
Norton Road; thence along said East right of way Ione, N 01 degree 00
minutes 51 seconds E, 155.00 feet; thence leaving said East right of way line
of Northon Road, S 88 degrees 17 minutes 09 seconsd E, 205.00 feet to a
point on the East line of said NWl/4 SWI/4, Section 14; thence S 01 degree
00 minutes 51 seconds W, a distance of 155.00 feet to the point of beginning.

I hereby certify that I have made a FACTUAL SURVEY of the property
described and shown hereon. All corners are marked and located. This survey
was based on existing monuments recovered in the vicinity and a previous
survey by Ben Kittler, Jr., RLS #568 (Arkansas), dated 9-21-89.
