Pulaski County, Arkansas, less and except the right of way taken for Baseline Road
(Arkansas State Highway #338) and Doyle Springs Road, all being more particularly
described as follows:
Commence at the Northwest corner of said Tract 32, GLOECKLER ACRES, thence S
03°00'44" W, along the West line of said Tract 32, 110 feet to thepoint of beginning;
thence S 85°54'42" E, 220 feet; thence S 03°00'44" W, 195.45 feet to a point on the
North right of way line of Baseline Road(said point being 34.55 feet North of and 425.8
feet West of the Southeast comer of Section 31, T -1-N, R -12-W); thence along the said
North right of way of Baseline Road (Arkansas State Highway #338), the following
bearings and distances: N 86°00'3T' W, 85.27 feet; N 85056'1911 W, 55 feet; N
68034'33" W, 64.84 feet to a point on the new East right of way line of Doyle Springs
Road; thence, along the said East right of way line of Doyle Springs Road, the following
bearings and distances: N 06°10'46" E, 95.2 feet; N 02°32'38" W, 50.25 feet; N
27°22'07" W, 36.6 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.89 acres, more or less.
