Part of the SWV4 MV 1/4, Section 30, T -1-N, R-1 2-W and part of the SE'/4 NE'/4, Section
25, T -1-N, R -13-W, in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as follows: Beginning at the SE corner of said SEI/4 NE'/4 of said
Section 25, T -I -N, R -13-W; thence run N 0°30' E, 398.8 feet to the point of beginning of
this description; from the point of beginning thus established, run thence N 89°54' E,
153.6 feet to the Westerly right of way line of Geyer Springs Road; thence run N 3°44' E
along the West line of said Road for 67.2 feet; thence run N 3°20' W, 133.9 feet along
the West line of said Road; thence run N 5'16' W, 178.4 feet along the West line of said
Road; thence run N 9'18' W, 70.1 feet to the Southerly right of way line of the Missouri
Pacific Railroad right of way; thence run S 51'18' W, 159.6 feet along the said right of
way line; thence run S 2°33' W, 58 feet along the said Railroad right of way line; thence
run S 46°06' W, 213.8 feet along the said right of way line; thence run S 43'01' W, 195.8
feet along the said Railroad right of way line; thence run N 89°45' E, 292.3 feet to the
point of beginning, containing 2.38 acres, more or less. That portion of the above lands
lying in Section 30, being a part of Lot or Tract 32, Leigh -Butler Acres.
