Dear Mr. Moore,
We are herewith requesting a Zoning Variance for the above -referenced project. The
owner, Shollmier Family Limited Partnership, would like to extend their present
Distribution/Warehouse another 75' feet. This would reduce the required rear yard
setback from 25' feet to 12' feet. Attached you will find six copies of the recent Survey
of this property along with the Application for Zoning Variance and three different
Affidavits from Mr. Shollmier authorizing our Firm along with Mark Redder and Robert
Holloway to act as his agent.
