by F.W. Garrison, May 15, 1940, more particularly described
as follows:
Tract 16: Metes & Bounds:
Beginning at the Northwest, Corner of Tract 16 thence
N86° 13' 011E 100'; the,ice S3° 56' 42"E 251.43' to
a point on the North right-of-way line on Cantrell
Road; thence SW 53.96' along a circular curve to the
right having a chord whose bearing is 5580 40' 4711W

293.13' to the point of beginning said parcel containing
.6 acres more or less.
Tract 17: Metes & Bounds:
Commencing at the Northwest Corner of Tract 16 thence
