laski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point which
is 320 feet North of the Southeast corner of said SE 1/4 SW 1/4; thence North 240 feet;
thence North 79 degrees 49 minutes West 661.4 feet to the East right of way line of
Shaner Road; thence South 38 degrees 19 minutes West along Shaner Road 151.1 feet;
thence South 63 degrees 41 minutes West along Shaner Road 82.5 feet; thence South 89
degrees 20 minutes West 165.5 feet; thence South 15 degrees 15 minutes West along
Shaner Road 101.6 feet; thence South 27 degrees 30 minutes West 115.3 feet; thence
East 1067.1 feet, more or less to the point of beginning, being also described as Tracts 13
and 14 of Foxwood Estates Subdivision, according to an unrecorded Plat prepared by G.
A. Denham, dated March, 1966.
Notes:
1) According to FIRM Panel 050179 0380C, dated May 16, 1983,
the property described hereon is in Zone C (areas of minimal
flood hazard) and not in the 100 year flood plain.
2) Tracts are subject to easements and restrictive covenants of
record, if any, and are subject to any facts which may be dis-
closed by an accurate and current title search.
3) This survey based on the Record Description Supplied. The
Record Description does not close by 3.06 feet.
