B. Staff Update:
After looking into this issue further, staff has determined that the accessory
building in question should be considered a nonconforming structure. The
structure was constructed three (3) to four (4) years ago and replaced a
structure which was on the property when the current owners purchased the
property 14 years ago. Therefore, staff recommends this application be
withdrawn.

Staff informed the Board that the application needed to be withdrawn, based on the fact that
staff had classified the accessory structure as non -conforming.
The item was placed on the Consent Agenda and withdrawn by a vote of 3 ayes, 0 nays and
2 absent.
